Oh, KELSEY GRAMMER.  Just because you get a tattoo on your hip at age 57 doesn't make YOU hip. On Saturday, Kelsey was in Chicago with his wife, Kayte Walsh, and got her name tattooed on his right hip.  It's his first tattoo . . . and fourth wife.
