Join us at Party Central in the Grand Central Plaza for your baby's big photo shoot this Saturday, February 2nd starting at 10am.  

There will only be room for 75 more babies in the Wink 106 Baby Knockout 2013, so come early . 

Once all 150 babies have been entered, voting will start on Monday February 4th.

The winner of Baby Knockout will receive...

1. A birthday party for up to 10 kids at Party Central. 

2. An hour photo session with Cagwin Photography which includes a facebook album and a print package values at $175.

3. A $250 shopping spree to Jeepers Keepers 

4. A Pampering Package from the Hair Hut which includes a mani, pedi, massage, facial scrub, and a body scrub all valued at $275.

Baby Knockout Rules 2013

WNKI, Backyard Broadcasting, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies will conduct this contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

Dates of Contest:  Baby Knockout will begin on January 7, 2013 and end on or about March 1, 2013.

Please read these rules before you submit your Baby Knockout photograph.

Photo Submission information

1. Babies must be between newborn and 24 months at time of submission.
2. Your child’s photo will be eligible to be taken by Cagwin Photography at Party Central in the Grand Central Plaza, Horseheads, NY on Saturday, January 26^th or Saturday, February 2^nd.
3. Only the first 75 baby participants will be accepted on Saturday, January 26^th beginning at 10am when the doors are opened and only the first 75 baby participants will be accepted Saturday, February 2^nd beginning at 10am when the doors are opened.
4. This is first come, first serve. Picture taking begins promptly at 10:30am.
5. The first 75 babies (parents/guardian) will be assigned a number as you walk in the door and that is the number in which you will appear in line.
6. Pictures will be taken in chronological order. If you are not present and ready when your number is called, you are automatically disqualified.
7. Each child will get exactly two minutes with the photographer to take the best picture.
8. Each 2-minute photo session will be timed. Photos taken during that time period will be the only photos eligible for submission.
9. If for any reason, photos can not be taken, crying, upset, sickness, etc. the session will be considered complete.
10. There will be no 2^nd photo sessions for any child
11. Absolutely no parents will appear in any pictures. If your baby requires the need to be held, we will cover your arms with a white cloth. The photo will then be cropped.
12. Absolutely no toys, bottles, suckers, headbands, hats or props of any kind will be allowed in any photos.
13. Absolutely no logos on your child’s clothing (i.e. Gap, Harley Davidson, Coca Cola)
14. From the pictures taken by Cagwin Photography, the Wink 106 staff will be choosing which picture will get posted on wink106.com for voting.
15. Parents will be able to purchase any of your child’s prints from Cagwin Photography (No digital files will be sold).
16. Pictures will be not be retouched.

Voting information

Baby Knockout will be chosen in the following manner:

1. Voting takes place on the WINK 106 website. Voting begins February 4th and will continue until March 1st 2013.
   1. There will be 3 weekly rounds of baby pictures posted for voting. Round 1 will take place from 2/4-2/8. Round 2 will take place 2/11-2/15. Round 3 will take place 2/18-2/22.
   2. Voting for each round begins at 8am each Monday and ends at Midnight each Friday of that week.
   3. Each Weekly Winner will be announced on the following Monday.
2. Vote one time per valid email. 
3. The baby with the most number of votes will be the winner of that particular round and will move on to the final round.
4. The final Baby Knockout voting begins on Monday February 25^th-February 28^th.
5. The baby will the most votes of the Final Round of voting will be the Baby Knockout and will be announced on March 1^st.

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU ARE VERIFYING THAT (1) YOU ARE THE PARENT AND/OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE CHILD IN THE SUBMITTTED PHOTO, AND (2) BY SUBMITTING YOUR PHOTO IN THIS CONTEST, YOU HEREBY GRANT US A PERPETUAL, WORLDWIDE, NON-EXCLUSIVE, ROYALTY-FREE, SUB-LICENSABLE (THROUGH MULITPLE TIERS) RIGHT AND LICENSE TO USE, PUBLISH, REPRODUCE, DISPLAY, PERFORM, ADAPT, MODIFY, DISTRIBUTE, HAVE DISTRIBUTED AND PROMOTE SUCH CONTENT IN ANY FORM, IN ALL MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER CREATED, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD FOR ANY PURPOSE INCLUDING IN THE DIGITAL FORM. (3) YOU ARE ALSO GRANTING CAGWIN PHOTOGRAPHY AND DESIGN ALL RIGHTS TO USE YOUR CHILD’S PICTURE FOR THEIR COMPANY, ON THEIR WEBSITE, AND THEIR FACEBOOK FOR ANY FUTURE PROMOTION.
